The Ultimate Fitness Supplements

Earlier this week I posted about one of our top supplements – L-GLutamine – which has got me thinking – what fitness supplements are our top picks for performance, endurance and focus?

The Power Walk. One trick that is under-estimated in its power to improve fitness is a simple walk. Focus. Stay focused on your goal. With fitness goals it can be hard to stay on track if we are not really sure what we’re working towards. Relying on motivation won’t get you out of bed on cold mornings to get a workout in – but discipline will. Stay disciplined, which is not always easy, but it’s much easier with a clear end goal and a big enough “why”. Ask yourself “why do I want this?” “Why do I want to create this experience?” “How will my life change?” When we are focused on our vision for the future and make choices in alignment with that vision, we soon find ourselves acting as that person and living the experience we desire.
