Winter immunity; how to protect yourself.

We are now officially in winter and whilst it’s been a little warmer the last couple of days, we do need to make sure we have a strong immunity for the months ahead.

Making sure you are getting enough sleep, exercise, daylight and good nutrition are key ingredients for keeping yourself strong and healthy, but if you are struggling with staying on top of those things, we have a few remedies that may help you out.
