Ginger essential oil is warm, spicy, and energizing. Ginger oil comes from ginger root (Zingiber officinale).

Ginger essential oil blends well with other warm oils like Cinnamon and Cassia. You can also blend Ginger oil with sweet citrus scents like Wild Orange or Ylang Ylang.

Diffuse aromatically and/or combine with a carrier oil, and apply topically to area of concern.

When used topically, ginger oil can help relieve aches and pain, as well as promote normal blood circulation. The excellent anti-inflammatory effect of ginger oil is useful in treating a variety of inflammatory conditions, including arthritis.

Natural Antiseptic Ginger exhibits antiseptic properties and has been used for centuries to naturally fight infections.

Ways to use Ginger essential oil:

Apply 3 drops topically to area of concern.

Mix it with a carrier oil such as jojoba oil or coconut oil, and then apply it to your skin.

Add a few drops of the diluted mixture to your bath water.

Use it in a diffuser - add 2-3 drops into water in your infuser.
