Welcome back to Herbsonlineshop! I would like to say a huge thank you to our customers for all your support throughout 2020, we are very excited to start a new year and have some exciting things coming up. First off, I would like to use this blog to explain a little more about our new website feature – Online Appointments and Reviews.
Herbsonlineshop has introduced a brand new feature on the website which will make things much easier for our customers to get in touch and have some quality time with their naturopath! All you need to do is head on over to the booking page (you can find this by searching ‘Appointment’ in the search bar) and click on which one you would like, we have 60 Minute Consultations/Lifestyle Coaching Session, 30 Minute Consultation or Review and 15 Minute Consultation for acute symptoms and Review.
60 Minute Consultation: Lifestyle Coaching Session
Who is 60 minute Consultation or Review for?
New Customers:
- Designed for the first consultation.
- Involves a full history and health programme.
- Usually a 4 phase approach is designed. Each phase lasting for 4-6 weeks depending on symptoms and expectations.
- Any results or scans are reviewed.
- Lifestyle and Diet changes.
How does 60 minute Consultation Work?
- Our staff will contact you via email seeking your preferred appointment time slots.
- The initial email will also include a ‘Duty of Care’ form, which must be completed prior to your appointment.
- Our naturopath or homeopath conducts appointments via phone or zoom.
$100 EXCL GST
30 Minute Consultation or Review
Who is 30 minute Consultation or Review for?
Existing Customers:
- Who need a review of a current programme.
- Who need support and advice about their current programme.
- Who need any results or scans reviewed.
How does 30 minute Consultation Work?
- Our staff will contact you via email seeking your preferred appointment time slots.
- The initial email will also include a ‘Duty of Care’ form, which must be completed prior to your appointment.
- Our naturopath or homeopath conducts appointments via phone or zoom.
$50 EXCL GST
15 Minute Consultation or Review
Who is 15 minute Consultation or Review for?
New Customers:
- Who need advice and recommendations for herbals or supplements related to acute symptoms, for example, cold, flu, UTI’s, upset stomach.
Existing Customers:
- Who need clarification about their current programme.
- Who need any results or scans reviewed.
- Please note that for second consultation choose 30 minute option.
How does 15 minute Consultation Work?
- Our staff will contact you via email seeking your preferred appointment time slots.
- The initial email will also include a ‘Duty of Care’ form, which must be completed prior to your appointment.
- Our naturopath or homeopath conducts appointments via phone or zoom.
